I loved the hotel facilities and the staff's willingness to help me out with everything I needed. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the breakfast served was delicious. The location of this hotel was ideal as it was close to many nearby attractions, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel's location was well placed, making transport around the area easy. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. the breakfast, although basic, provided a good start to the day. Apart from that, there were many other facilities that were available at reasonable prices.
There were some issues with the air conditioning, which was quite noisy and needed fixing.

We appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at this hotel. the location was quite convenient, only a short walk from the bus station and scooter rentals. It was nice to have assistance in retrieving forgotten items after check-out.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the air conditioning left much to be desired. the smell of smoke pervaded the hallway, despite the hotel's claim to be smoke-free.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, being a short walk from scooter rentals and close to the bus stop. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for entertainment.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast was a bit overpriced and the options were limited.
